All our bags are handmade in Valencia.

We do not manufacture products to keep them in stock or to store them.

We only have a small number of products in stock of some models.

Your item will not always be ready to ship be ready to ship the next day.

Once you place an order, we will put it into production and we want people to understand that good things take time to make.

We believe in championing craftsmanship and want to be part of a healthy, balanced production schedule and lifestyle. Our pieces are not trendy. They are timeless and made to last a lifetime.

Spain = ground shipping included

International = 35€ flat rate shipping

Europe = 20€ flat rate shipping

We have limited stock and most products are handmade to order.

Therefore, for on-demand products,
please allow 1 to 3 weeks for production, once finished they will be shipped.

Stock permitting, all orders are normally shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Please note that shipping times may increase during periods of high demand.

Delivery times are 5-10 working days from dispatch of order.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or
product availability.

In general, we accept returns or exchanges of any item in good condition and unused within 15 days from the date of delivery. After 15 days, all sales are final.

Returns must include all original receipts, tags and packaging attached. Send an email to support@oobuka.com with the subject “Return Request” to return or exchange your items. We will send you an email to confirm that your return is accepted if all of the above conditions are met.

All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Oobuka is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise in the event of a return. Please make sure that your return mail has a tracking number and the product is sent with the original protective packaging to avoid damage.

Please note that this amount will be
deducted from the total amount refunded along with any taxes and customs fees generated.

Refunds will be processed in the form
in which payment was received.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after receiving the product.
