We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device screen will reproduce colours with complete accuracy.

SECTION 6 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the deadline expires by emailing info@oobuka.com stating your intention to withdraw. This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.

Once we receive and verify the return, we will refund the full amount paid, including original shipping costs (except additional costs for non-standard delivery chosen by you), within a maximum of 14 days.

SECTION 7 — BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current purchase information for all transactions made at our store.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Such tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
